Our services

We offer a range of different services and options that are tailored to meet your needs.

OPTION 1:

Purchase the Quality Management System documents only.  These are the policies, procedure and forms that are required to meet the ISO 9001 Standard.  They do not include the specific operational procedures, but include a template to assist you in documenting these. Option 1 includes a 1 hour training session on the standard and 1 hour of consulting services.

OPTION 2:

This option includes the complete set up of a Quality Management System with a qualified consultant.   These are the documents required for the ISO 9001 standard, for legislative and regulatory requirements and the operational procedures specific to your business.

OPTION 3:

Once the Quality Management System has been documented and is set up, certain aspects and procedures will need to be implemented. These include conducting internal audits and management meetings.  This option can be in conjunction with option 2, or separate.

OPTION 4:

If a system is already in place but requires a review or continued maintenance, then this is the option for you.  The system will be reviewed and improved on, management meetings will be implemented and internal audits conducted, if required.
